Nice staff, but everything else is abysmal. When you arrive, you immediately know it’s a tourist trap. And a bad one at that. The environment is similar to a place you’d expect to pay 1000 yen for fried meat on a stick. Instead, you can expect to pay upwards of 100,000+ yen ($800 USD)! Out of curiosity, I decided to try it.. against all my intuition. With such a bad impression, the food/steak has to be amazing, right? ABSOLUTELY NOT. The steak was chewy and got stuck in between my teeth. They actually have the nerve to call this A5? I’ve had A5 several times before. It’s supposed to melt in your mouth. The A5 I’ve had was also cheaper. Also, THE FOOD WAS COLD. ALL OF IT. The vegetables, the steak.. it almost tasted like the food was microwaved after sitting in the fridge. I regret supporting this business. In my 2 and a half weeks in Japan, this is the only time I’ve felt ripped off and scammed. You can eat at 5-star restaurants in Ginza for a quarter of the cost. STAY AWAY.
